Experience a thrilling long weekend dedicated to Indian Motorcycles at the Blue Mountain Hotel in Harlaxton. This family-friendly event welcomes riders and enthusiasts from across the country to enjoy a vibrant show & shine, group rides, and interactive trade stalls featuring demo bikes.
Bring the kids along for a fun-filled weekend with activities designed to keep everyone entertained. Whether you ride an Indian Motorcycle or not, this event promises a great time for all motorcycle lovers and their families.
Enjoy raffles supporting the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation and a scavenger hunt around the city with exciting prizes, making it a perfect outing for parents and children alike.
The event runs from Friday, May 1 to Monday, May 4, 2026, with a packed itinerary:
- Friday: Meet and greet, registration, and welcome packs at the Blue Mountain Hotel.
- Saturday: Show & shine competition, demo rides, vendor stalls, entertainment, and a city-wide scavenger hunt.
- Sunday: Group ride lasting over 4 hours followed by social festivities.
- Monday: Departure day.
Two ticket options are available: a Saturday & Sunday ticket for those interested mainly in activities, and a Full Event ticket including all events, Friday night nibbles, Saturday buffet dinner, and event merchandise.
The event is held at the Blue Mountain Hotel, 264 New England Hwy, Harlaxton QLD 4350, a suburb of Toowoomba. Accommodation options include the Ambassador on Ruthven, offering a 10% discount for attendees and located just 2 km away, with courtesy bus service on Friday and Saturday nights.
The venue is easily accessible by road, and the surrounding area offers plenty of local attractions for families to explore during their visit.
Registration for the show & shine is available on the day but pre-ordering event shirts is required. Tickets must be purchased in advance to guarantee entry.
Proceeds from raffles will support the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation's Regional Cancer Centre project.
