Over four weeks, you will explore how your own experiences shape your parenting style and learn to respond to your child's needs with empathy and confidence. The program encourages a calmer, more mindful approach to parenting, helping you foster a nurturing environment at home.
You will gain valuable skills to understand your child's behaviour and development stages, improving communication and strengthening your family bond. The sessions are supportive and interactive, providing a safe space to share and learn.
The program runs every Wednesday from 9:30 to 12:00, starting on 2026-10-21 and concluding on 2026-11-11. It is completely free and accessible to all participants.
