Experience a panel discussion featuring artist Marikit Santiago, chef Kylie Kwong AM, and food educator Bhavna Kalra Shivalkar, moderated by Cheyenne Bardos. They will share insights into Indian-Chinese cuisine and the creative process behind an original artwork inspired by a traditional recipe.
Guests will enjoy a tasting of Hakka Noodles with Chicken and Hari Mirchi Sauce, connecting the senses to the stories behind the dish. This event is perfect for food lovers and art enthusiasts alike, recommended for ages 12 and up.
This program includes a panel discussion followed by a tasting session in the Vitocco Family Kitchen. The artwork and recipe are part of a limited edition print celebrating culinary creativity and cultural knowledge.
Please note that due to the nature of the tasting, dietary and allergen requests cannot be accommodated. Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
The event is part of the Powerhouse Parramatta Opening Festival and is a collaboration between Food For Everyone and Powerhouse Made™.
