Start your day with a meaningful community breakfast that brings together Elders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members, and allies. This event offers a warm and welcoming space to reflect on reconciliation through shared stories and activities.
Enjoy a special Welcome to Country, listen to the Mayoral Address, and watch screenings from the Reconciliation WA National Reconciliation Week Breakfast event. Engage in an interactive Q&A panel featuring local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices.
Guests will be treated to a delicious breakfast pack with tea and coffee provided by Whadjuk Catering. The event also includes library displays, fun activities, and a LEGO STEM activity suitable for all ages.
This community breakfast is designed for families and individuals beginning or continuing their reconciliation journey. It is a relaxed and inclusive event where everyone is encouraged to yarn, listen, and connect.
