The event takes place on Thursday, 20 June 2026, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. It is free to attend and suitable for families with school-aged children.

The event is organized in partnership with SydWest Multicultural Services, Mount Druitt Ethnic Communities Agency, and over 20 local refugee support agencies.
