Visitors will be welcomed to the Council Chambers where they can observe the open sessions of the meeting. The meeting is live streamed and recorded for public access, except during confidential sessions. The meeting takes place at The Centre Beaudesert, located at 82 Brisbane Street. Visitors should arrive early to allow time for sign-in and to be escorted to the Chambers. The venue is accessible and staffed by Council officers who will provide assistance throughout the visit.
Visitors must adhere to Council's Standing Orders, including:
- Booking and signing in prior to entry
- No audio or visual recordings permitted
- Appropriate attire required
- Compliance with directions from the Chairperson
- Maintaining decorum and respect
Visitors feeling unwell are advised to stay home. The meeting is also live streamed online for remote viewing.
Attendance is free of charge but requires prior booking through Eventbrite due to limited capacity. If unable to attend after booking, please notify the Council via email to allow ticket reallocation.
