Kids aged 5 and above will enjoy making their own healthy meals, which they get to eat afterwards, making the experience both educational and rewarding. Parents are encouraged to supervise and join in the fun.
The workshop is designed to be interactive, engaging, and completely free, making it a perfect activity for school holidays to promote healthy eating habits.

The workshop takes place at the Torrens Valley Community Centre, located at 45 Albert St, Gumeracha SA 5233. The centre is accessible and welcoming, providing a comfortable environment for families.
The community centre operates Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and is closed on Fridays and public holidays. Parking and public transport options are available nearby.

In case of an 'Extreme 75+' or Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating for the Mt Lofty Ranges, the community centre will be closed, and the session will be cancelled without notice. Any payments made will be reimbursed or the session rescheduled.
Parents should supervise children throughout the session to ensure safety and maximize learning.
