Expect a showcase of premium seafood from across South Australia, including Coorong mullet, Port Lincoln tuna, Streaky Bay kingfish, Cape Jaffa lobster, Flinders Island scallops, and Kangaroo Island oysters.

Each masterclass session includes multiple dish preparations by Chef Jamie, with tastings included. Amanda Prance will co-host, narrating and engaging with the audience to deepen your seafood knowledge.
Seafood featured is subject to availability and conditions, ensuring fresh, top-quality ingredients. A complimentary beverage is provided on arrival to enhance your experience.
Sessions run on Friday evening and twice on Saturday, offering flexible options to fit your schedule. This hands-on class encourages confidence in cooking and enjoying local seafood.
Location and Access
The masterclasses are held in a dedicated pavilion at the Sea to Shore: Glenelg Seafood Festival, located at Jimmy Melrose Park, South Esplanade, Glenelg.
Parking is available nearby at Elizabeth Street Carpark, Colley Terrace, and surrounding side streets. Attendees are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to the venue.
