Experience the dynamic world of Seido Karate designed especially for children aged 5 to 12. These classes provide a fun and structured environment where kids can develop physical fitness, self-confidence, and social skills through martial arts.
Children will engage in beginner to advanced karate techniques, learning discipline, focus, and humility. The classes encourage social interaction and teamwork among kids of various ages and abilities, fostering a supportive community.
Classes run three times a week at 5:30 pm on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. The Thursday session is suitable for all levels, with advanced classes available simultaneously for higher belt students. Parents are welcome to join their children in class.
Held at Sunnybank Community Centre, located at 65 Gager Street, Sunnybank, this community hall is easily accessible and family-friendly. Parking and public transport options are available nearby, making drop-off and pick-up convenient.
