What to Expect
Join us for a fun and interactive early literacy program designed for children aged 0-5 and their parents/carers. Each session will be filled with lively Cantonese songs, engaging rhymes, and captivating storytelling, all aimed at fostering a love of language and culture in young minds.
Activity Details
- The program is held on the first Wednesday of each month, starting from February 5th, 2025.
- Each session runs from 10 am to 10.30 am.
- The program is free to attend, but bookings are essential.
- All children attending the activity need to be booked in.
- Parents/carers must supervise their children at all times.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to check in.
Location and Access
The program takes place at the Lionel Bowen Library in Maroubra, located at 669-673 Anzac Parade.

- Bookings are essential and can be made online through Eventbrite.
- If your preferred session is not visible, it means that the event is fully booked.
- You must be a Library member to attend. Library membership is free, and you can sign up online or at any branch.
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your tickets as soon as possible to enable others to participate.
- Tickets are not transferable.
