Sing Along in Portuguese - História Cantada

What to Expect

Each session features lively singing, rhythmic rhymes, and captivating stories that encourage early language development and cultural appreciation. Activity Details

- Held every month on the third Tuesday, from 10:30 to 11:00 am.

- Sessions run from May 20, 2025, through December 16, 2025.

- Suitable for children aged 0-5 years with parental supervision required.

- Bookings are essential and must be made for each session individually.

Location and Access

The event takes place at Lionel Bowen Library, located at 669-673 Anzac Parade, Maroubra. The library is accessible by public transport and offers a welcoming community space for families. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for check-in and to ensure the session starts on time.

Important Information

Attendance requires library membership, which is free and can be obtained online or at any branch. Due to space limitations, prams are discouraged if possible. Late arrivals cannot be admitted to maintain a smooth program flow. Covid-19 safety measures are in place and must be followed. Photography or video recordings may occur for promotional use; notify staff if you do not consent.

Participation is free, but bookings are essential and managed through Eventbrite. Tickets are non-transferable, and if you cannot attend, please cancel your booking promptly to allow others to participate. Sessions fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.
