This cheerful and interactive session is designed to make dental care simple, positive, and even a bit silly for young children and their parents. It’s perfect for curious preschoolers eager to learn and adults who want to support great oral hygiene habits.
You’ll discover fun brushing tricks, practice with songs and playful demonstrations, and learn tips to make brushing time exciting and effective.
The session also covers healthy food choices for strong teeth, how to spot sneaky sugars in everyday snacks, and recommendations for kid-friendly dental products.
Facilitated by DPV Health, this workshop builds confidence in parents to establish healthy routines at home. It includes guidance on where families can go for dental check-ups and cleaning, what to expect at a child’s first dental visit, and how to make the dentist a friendly place.
The session lasts one hour and is suitable for parents and their preschool-aged children.
The event takes place at Lalor Library, located at 2A May Road, Lalor, 3752. The library is a welcoming community space with easy access and parking nearby.
