Discover the powerful connection between music, memories, and storytelling in the SongStory – SongChats workshop designed especially for seniors. This engaging series invites you to share songs that transport you to special moments in your life, creating a unique opportunity to connect with others through shared stories and melodies.
What to Expect
In this welcoming and relaxed setting, you'll explore your personal SongStory by sharing a favourite song and the memories or feelings it evokes. Led by creative producer Penny Reynolds, these sessions transform your stories into a musical narrative that will be performed during Seniors Week, making your memories come alive in a new and creative way.
Expect to meet fellow seniors who cherish music and storytelling, enjoy meaningful conversations, and participate in a creative process that celebrates your life experiences. Whether you come with a song in mind or just a story, the workshop encourages expression and connection.
