This intimate session combines a grounding sound journey with on-body sound massage using therapeutic-grade singing bowls. The experience is tailored for a small group of seven to ensure a deeply personal and calming environment. Whether you are new to sound healing or a returning participant, this session offers a unique way to release stress and reset your energy.
The session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and begins with a guided grounding sound journey to help you settle into deep relaxation. Following this, the facilitator will move quietly around the room, placing singing bowls on your body to create a vibro-acoustic effect that you can both hear and feel.
All mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided to ensure your comfort throughout the session. Guests are welcome to arrive from 7:20 pm to settle in, with the gate locking at 7:40 pm to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
