Step into a tranquil and ambient space designed to help you become fully present and unwind from daily stresses. This sound meditation session offers a unique blend of guided meditation, live sound baths using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, and soothing aromatherapy to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and trance.
These sessions are perfect if you struggle with restful sleep or need to reset your mental clarity and emotional balance. By the end of the class, you will gain practical lessons to help you live with more purpose and perspective.
Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, this pregnancy-friendly event welcomes all levels of experience.
Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, providing ample time to deeply relax and recharge. You will be guided through a meditation experience accompanied by live sound healing and aromatherapy.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a thick warm blanket, a flat sheet (single or queen size), and optionally a water bottle, journal, eye pillow, and thick socks to enhance your comfort.
If you forget your props, a flat sheet and blanket can be borrowed for a $5 fee payable at the studio. Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in as doors close promptly at the start time.

This accessible location is easy to reach by driving, public transport, cycling, or walking. The studio provides a peaceful environment ideal for meditation and relaxation.
Tickets are non-refundable due to limited spots but are transferable to others attending the same event. Please notify the studio in advance via the Mirosuna app or email if you cannot attend.
If attending with a guest, email hello@mirosuna.com with their full name to be seated together. If it is a surprise, the guest will not be notified.
All participants should bring their own props for comfort and hygiene. The event is suitable for pregnant attendees and all experience levels.
