Speak Up Anyway is a lively and supportive 3-hour workshop designed to empower you to overcome fear and build confidence in speaking up. Led by Richa Joshi from Unmuting You, this session offers practical tools to manage nerves and self-doubt while developing an authentic speaking style.
Participants will engage in storytelling and communication frameworks that enhance self-leadership and emotional resilience. The workshop fosters a warm, judgement-free environment with guided activities and printed materials to support your learning journey.
After the workshop, enjoy a delicious provided lunch followed by an afternoon tour of the Vic Park Centre for the Arts International Women's Day exhibition. Celebrate with a glass of non-alcoholic bubbles to toast the day and your personal growth.
