Each two-day session is led by a qualified St Vincent's midwife and covers a comprehensive range of topics including vaginal and Caesarean births, pain relief options, induction of labour, newborn characteristics, hospital routines, breastfeeding, safe sleeping practices, parenting challenges, emotional wellbeing, sleep and settling techniques, and community support resources.
You can attend these classes with your partner or support person, as one ticket covers both attendees. The sessions are designed to be informative and interactive, helping you prepare for the arrival of your baby and the changes that come with parenthood.
