These classes offer a comprehensive overview of labour and birth, including managing complications and induction. You can choose between a full weekend class or a focused Saturday session for caesarean birth preparation. Expect to learn about newborn care, breastfeeding, safe sleeping, and emotional wellbeing.
- Weekend classes run Saturday 08:15 to 16:00 and Sunday 08:30 to 15:00.
- Caesarean birth classes are held on Saturdays from 08:15 to 16:00.
- Classes are suitable for first-time parents and those needing a refresher.
- Your partner or support person is welcome to attend with your booking.
