You can choose between a full weekend class covering labour and birth or a focused Saturday class for caesarean birth and early parenting. Each class welcomes partners or support persons to join, ensuring you both feel confident and prepared.

The full weekend class runs Saturday from 08:15 to 16:00 and Sunday from 08:30 to 15:00, covering topics such as managing labour, induction, possible complications, and emergency caesarean births.
The one-day caesarean birth class is held on Saturdays from 08:15 to 16:00 and focuses on elective caesarean birth, newborn characteristics, maternity ward stay, breastfeeding, safe sleeping, and emotional wellbeing.
Booking about 4-6 weeks before your due date is recommended to keep the information fresh and relevant. The cost is $300 per ticket, which includes attendance for you and your partner or support person.
