Classes are offered in small groups to ensure personalized attention. The labour, birth, and early parenting class spans a full weekend, running Saturday 8:15am to 4:00pm and Sunday 8:30am to 3:00pm. The caesarean birth and early parenting class is a one-day session on Saturday from 8:15am to 4:00pm. Booking about 4-6 weeks before your due date is recommended to keep the information fresh.
