Emotional wellbeing and sleep/settling techniques are discussed to help parents navigate the early days with confidence. Community support resources are also introduced, ensuring families know where to turn for ongoing assistance.
These classes run over two consecutive days each month, allowing parents ample time to absorb the information and ask questions. Each ticket includes attendance for the parent and their partner or support person, fostering a shared learning experience.
