You'll also explore parenting challenges and community support options, ensuring you feel confident and supported.
Classes are held monthly over two consecutive days, with each ticket covering attendance for you and your partner or support person. The sessions are suitable for first-time parents or those who have had a Caesarean birth for the first time. If you have BUPA private health insurance, the fee may be covered—please contact the maternity unit before paying.
