These classes are perfect for first-time parents, those needing a refresher, or parents experiencing a Caesarean birth for the first time. You and your partner/support person will gain confidence and knowledge to navigate the early stages of parenthood.
The sessions cover a wide range of essential topics including vaginal and Caesarean births, pain relief options, induction of labour, newborn characteristics, hospital routines, breastfeeding, safe sleeping practices, and emotional wellbeing. You'll also explore common parenting challenges and learn about community support available to you.

The classes run over two days each month, providing an in-depth look at the childbirth and early parenting experience. Each session includes:
