Activity Details
The program runs for 8 weeks with two sessions each week, held every Monday and Wednesday from 10:45 to 11:30 AM. It is suitable for all fitness levels and requires no prior experience.

Sessions take place at Legacy Health and Fitness, a boutique strength and conditioning studio located at 4 Station St, Ringwood, opposite Ringwood Station.
