Activity Details
The program consists of three fortnightly in-person sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, held on Wednesday mornings from 7:00am to 8:30am. The sessions cover:
- Session 1: Understanding the reporting landscape and conducting a gap analysis.
- Session 2: Building capability in key focus areas such as emissions, climate risks, and assurance readiness.
- Session 3: Developing a clear action plan with responsibilities and next steps.
Participants are encouraged to send two representatives from different functions to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Location and Access
All sessions take place at the Greater Dandenong Council offices, located at 225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong. The venue is accessible and centrally located, making it convenient for businesses across Greater Dandenong and Melbourne’s south east.
Parking and public transport options are available nearby, ensuring easy access for attendees.
Important Information
Applications are essential and close on 15 June 2026. The program is subsidised by Greater Dandenong Council to support local business readiness, with a cost of $117 for two participants covering all three sessions.
Selected businesses will be notified by 22 June 2026. This program is ideal for Group 2 and Group 3 entities reporting under the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards, as well as suppliers responding to sustainability data requests.

Booking and Prices
To apply, businesses must submit an expression of interest via email including business name, sector, reporting status, reason for application, and names/roles of two participants.
The total cost for two participants attending all three sessions is $117, reflecting a subsidised rate to encourage participation.
