What to Expect
This program features a series of 45-minute lessons that focus on improving swimming technique, strength, and speed. Participants will also benefit from enhanced fitness and endurance while developing discipline, routine, and goal-setting habits. The social aspect encourages connection and emotional wellbeing, making it an ideal activity for children and adults alike.
Activity Details
Lessons are available daily from Tuesday 7 April to Friday 10 April, with sessions tailored for children and adults. Children's classes run from 8:00am to 11:00am in four consecutive 45-minute lessons, while adult classes are held in the morning and afternoon. Group lessons cost $120 for the full week or $30 per day (minimum two days), and private lessons are available at $300 for the week or $80 per lesson. Concessions are offered for First Nations people.
Location and Access
The program takes place at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence, located at 180 George St, Redfern NSW 2016. This central location is easily accessible and provides excellent facilities for swim training.
