Activity Details
Classes run during Term 2 of 2026, from Monday 20 April to Thursday 2 July. Sessions take place every Monday and Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:00.
The program is exclusively for City of Gosnells residents aged 55 and over, creating a community atmosphere among participants. Each session costs $8.50, making it an affordable way to maintain health and wellbeing.
You will meet in the Mills Park Centre Function Room, upstairs, which offers a comfortable and accessible space for exercise and social interaction.
