What to Expect
Experience the graceful and meditative art of Tai Chi with Qigong Master Simon Blow. This intermediate class focuses on enhancing your posture, coordination, and relaxation through gentle, flowing movements rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. Whether you attend in person or online, you will be guided through sequences that stimulate different organs and meridians, promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.
The sessions include practices such as Wudang Longevity Qigong and Wudang sitting Ba Duan Jin, which are designed to absorb fresh energy and dispel stagnation. These mindful movements are ideal for those seeking a holistic approach to health and healing.
This class is perfect for parents looking to introduce their school-aged children to mindful movement or for anyone wanting to improve their strength and calm their mind in a supportive environment.
