Each 25-minute appointment offers one-on-one guidance on basic troubleshooting, setting up email or social media accounts, and more. No question is too simple, making it perfect for parents wanting to stay connected or help their children with technology.

These weekly sessions run at three convenient locations: Port Melbourne on Mondays at 11:00 or 11:30, St Kilda on Wednesdays at 14:00 or 14:30, and Emerald Hill on Fridays at 14:00 or 14:30. Each session lasts 25 minutes.
To ensure fair access, participants are limited to one session per week. Sessions do not run during school holidays.
Bookings open every Monday at 10:00 for the following week and are essential to secure your spot.
Sessions are held at Port Phillip Library branches in Port Melbourne, St Kilda, and Emerald Hill, all wheelchair accessible.
