Discover the joy of learning new digital skills with our free Tech Savvy Seniors program designed especially for older adults. Whether you want to keep in touch with family, access essential services, or explore your interests online, these sessions offer a supportive and fun environment to boost your confidence.
Each Monday in November, join friendly instructors for focused lessons tailored to seniors. You will learn practical skills like setting up email, taking and sharing photos, and using helpful apps such as MyGov and Services NSW. The sessions are interactive, encouraging questions and hands-on practice to ensure you leave feeling empowered.
- Monday 9 November: Setting up and using email
- Monday 16 November: Take, save and share great photos and videos
- Monday 23 November: Apps that make life easier (MyGov, Services NSW and more!)
All sessions run from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Booking is essential to secure your spot.
The sessions take place at Bankstown Library and Knowledge Centre, located at 80 Rickard Rd, Bankstown 2200. The venue is accessible with facilities including accessible toilets and parking available nearby, making it convenient for seniors to attend comfortably.
This course is conducted in English and is part of a NSW Government initiative in partnership with Telstra. It is designed for seniors who want to enhance their digital literacy in a welcoming setting. Please note that bookings open in October 2026 and spaces are limited.
