What to Expect

The Box Show invites children and adults alike to witness a world made entirely of cardboard boxes and everyday items come alive through drumming, dance, theatre, and comedy. This performance uses a playful language of gibberish and rhythm, making it accessible to all ages and nationalities.
Activity Details
The show follows four quirky characters as they turn discarded kitchen items and wheelie bins into the greatest drum set imaginable. Plastic bags become musical instruments, and the human body itself creates unique sounds. This approximately 60-minute performance has no interval and is recommended for children aged 5 and above. It is created by Junkyard Beats, written by Oded Prior and Nigel Turner-Carroll, and directed by Niger Turner-Carroll.
