What to Expect
Participants will experience a structured and supportive environment with small group coaching sessions, accountability check-ins, and practical workshops. The program includes a business health check, action planning, and access to templates and resources to apply learnings immediately. Networking with peers fosters shared learning and ongoing connections.
Activity Details
The program runs over three workshops from June to August 2026, each held on a Thursday morning from 9:30 to 12:30. Workshop 1 focuses on foundations and direction including goal setting and SWOT analysis. Workshop 2 covers financial clarity and cash flow management. Workshop 3 explores marketing, brand positioning, and the use of AI tools. A participation fee of $149+GST applies, heavily subsidised from a $2,400 value.
Location and Access
All workshops take place in the Conference Room at the Cockburn Health and Community Facility, Level 1, 11 Wentworth Parade, Success, WA 6164. The venue offers free parking, accessible toilets, lifts, a parent room, and first-aid facilities. Accessibility features include in-map voice and accessible colour choice to support all participants.
Important Information
To be eligible, businesses must have fewer than 20 employees, be based in the City of Cockburn, and commit to completing the full program. Applicants must be eager to engage in coaching, group sessions, and accountability support. Registration of interest closes at 5pm AWST on Friday 29 May 2026.
