Toner Tuesday offers a calm and structured mat-Pilates session designed for all fitness levels. Participants will focus on controlled, intentional movements that improve core strength, posture, and functional stability.
The program emphasizes breath control, alignment, and mindful movement to enhance mobility and body awareness. It provides a supportive indoor environment, free from weather disruptions, perfect for maintaining regular practice.
This mid-week activity promotes wellbeing and stress reduction, helping you reset and refocus while cultivating long-term healthy movement habits.
The sessions run weekly on Tuesdays from 18:00 to 18:45, starting on 2026-06-16 and ending on 2026-07-21. Each class is led by a qualified instructor who guides participants through evidence-based mat-Pilates exercises.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, gym towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. The program is suitable for adults aged 18 and over looking to improve their physical health and wellbeing.
