The venue features change rooms for trying on items, a coffee van to keep you refreshed, and free parking for convenience. Whether you’re looking to sell or shop, there’s something for everyone.
Stallholders can book either a standard 3m x 3m space or a smaller 1.5m x 1.5m stall, with options to share stalls. The ticket price includes public liability insurance and printable signage to help you set up. Additional racks and tables are available for hire to display your items professionally.
Sellers are encouraged to bring clean, good quality preloved or new clothing and accessories. The market welcomes second-hand, vintage, and brand-new items with tags. Please note, no food or drink sales are permitted.
The event takes place at Toowoomba Indoor Bowls Hall, located at 10 Annand St, Toowoomba City QLD 4350. The indoor venue ensures a comfortable shopping experience regardless of weather.
Free parking is available on-site, and change rooms and toilets are accessible for all attendees. The market is family-friendly, with children under 18 allowed to have stalls when accompanied by a supervising adult.
Arrival for stallholders begins at 6:30 AM with a latest arrival time of 7:30 AM. Doors open to shoppers at 8:00 AM and the market runs until 12:00 PM, with pack-up completed by 1:00 PM. Early pack-up before noon is not permitted.
Entry for shoppers is $2, with children admitted free. Payment methods accepted include cash and EFTPOS; however, no ATM is available on-site, so bring cash or card. Service dogs are allowed, but pets are not.
Stallholder tickets cost $70 plus booking fee for a standard stall and $50 plus booking fee for a small stall, which includes a clothing rack. Additional rack and table hire is available for $15 and $10 respectively.
