The course runs over six weekly sessions, each lasting two hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The dates are Wednesdays: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th August and 2nd, 9th September 2026.
Each session builds on the previous one, covering topics such as emotional awareness, attachment, problem-solving skills, and strategies to help your teen handle emotions.
The sessions are delivered online, making it convenient for busy parents to participate from home or anywhere with internet access.
