Welcome to Parenthood Digital Workshop offers new parents an engaging and supportive online space to learn and connect. This peer-led session is designed to equip you with practical strategies for managing the early months of parenthood while maintaining your relationship and wellbeing.
In this one-hour workshop, you will explore key topics such as the vital role partners play as "First Responders," strategies to handle changes in sleep and schedules, and a unique communication tool called the "Out of 10" framework. The session also provides direct links to external support services, including rapid-access counselling.
The workshop is ideal for expecting parents or those with newborns who want to lead their family with confidence and care. It’s a chance to gain valuable insights and connect with a community that understands your journey.
