The cruise departs at 16:00 and returns by 18:30, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic river tour and whale watching at dusk. The menu includes Kabi Kabi prawn cocktail with native citrus, paperbark smoked kangaroo on bunya blinis, and a vegetarian beetroot option with macadamia feta.
Guests will also taste the exclusive Biosphere Gin, crafted in collaboration with the Creative Ecologies Research Cluster at UniSC on Kabi Kabi Country. This event is limited in capacity to ensure an intimate and safe experience.
