Wiggle, Jiggle & Grow is a joyful, interactive session perfect for little movers aged 6 months to 4 years. This class combines music, movement, and play to engage children at their own pace, whether they are crawling, dancing, or simply watching.
Each session includes simple movement and play, original songs, dancing, interactive games, sensory play with props like scarves and parachutes, and special moments such as African drumming and mindful wind-down time.
Parents and carers stay with their children throughout, encouraged to join in as much or as little as they like, fostering connection and shared joy.
This program supports early childhood development by enhancing confidence, body awareness, coordination, balance, listening skills, focus, and social bonding.
The class is designed for mixed-age groups, allowing babies and preschoolers to participate comfortably together.
Sessions run weekly on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 10:45 AM, starting 20 October through 8 December 2026.
Held at PHIVE, Level 4, 5 Parramatta Square, Parramatta, this welcoming space is accessible and provides a safe environment for young children and their carers.
PHIVE is located on Dharug Country, and the program acknowledges the Burramattagal people as the traditional custodians of the land.
Parents are welcome to bring their own yoga mats for their children; some mats will also be available on-site.
This workshop is exclusively for children aged 6 months to 4 years.
Parents and carers must remain with their children for the entire session.
Arrival 10 minutes early is recommended for registration.
Refunds are not generally offered due to the unpredictable nature of children, although exceptional circumstances may be considered.
Casual sessions are priced at $15 each, or you can book the entire term (eight sessions) for $80.
