The event features a static display by Reptile Encounters showcasing six habitats, including the local Tiger Snake. Two snake safety and wildlife shows will provide practical guidance on identifying snakes, understanding their behavior, and safety tips for families.
Learn about the ecological role of snakes in wetland and coastal ecosystems. Meet local SES members, and gain insights into composting and bin contamination.
This free event is designed to be both educational and entertaining, with activities suitable for school-aged children and their parents.
