Activity Details
This free workshop series runs weekly on Wednesdays for seven weeks, starting from 11 February to 25 March 2026. Each session begins at 09:50 and concludes at 12:00, providing a relaxed morning schedule.
The program includes:
- Practical self-defence training
- Creative arts and dance sessions
- Mindfulness and wellbeing guidance
- Group connection and support activities
No prior experience is necessary, and all women are encouraged to participate regardless of background.
Location and Access
The workshops are held at Noble Park Community Centre, located at 44 Memorial Drive, Noble Park. The venue is accessible and welcoming, designed to accommodate participants comfortably.
