- March 24: Exercise and physical activity during menopause, hosted by Healthy Community Officers
- March 31: Pelvic Floor Health, hosted by Fit Right
- April 7: Menopause 101, hosted by senior pharmacist Bo Youn Kim from EmpowHer Menopause
