What to Expect

This wellbeing circle offers a blend of gentle yoga, mindful movement, and dance, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. You’ll have the chance to share heartfelt conversations and learn about health and wellbeing while enjoying a comforting cup of tea.
The sessions are particularly welcoming to women from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds, creating a safe and inclusive space for all. Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are recommended to fully enjoy the activities.
Activity Details
The circle runs every Tuesday from 17:00 to 19:00, starting on 2026-07-14 and continuing through to 2026-12-15. Please note, the sessions do not run during school holidays and will not be held on Tuesday 2026-10-27.
Each session encourages relaxation through movement and connection, offering a supportive community atmosphere. Registration is required due to limited spots, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience.

The sessions take place at the Keysborough Community Hub, located at 10 Villiers Road, Keysborough. This accessible venue is easy to reach and provides a welcoming environment for all attendees.
