Activity Details
Sessions run every Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00, starting on 2026-07-16 and continuing until 2026-12-17, excluding school holidays. Each session encourages participants to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
This is a free event, but spots are limited and registration is required to ensure a safe and intimate setting. The sessions are held in Community Rooms 2 and 3 at the Springvale Community Hub.
