Get ready to strum, sing, and smile with Woody's Ukelele Workshop! This engaging event invites children and their families to experience the joy of making music together in a lively and interactive setting.
Join Woody and his colourful friends for a musical journey where everyone becomes a musician. Kids and grown-ups alike will learn to play real songs on the ukulele in just minutes, culminating in a joyous sing-along finale. Expect lots of laughter, music, and fun as Woody’s Ukulele School brings the magic of music to life.
This workshop is designed for children aged 6 and above. Each participating child requires a ticket, while accompanying adults are welcome to stay and enjoy the library facilities. Woody Clark, a beloved children’s music specialist and educator, leads the session with his signature blend of bush storytelling, eco-friendly songs, and playful puppetry.
The event takes place at Stirling Library, located at 63 Mount Barker Rd, Stirling SA 5152. The venue is accessible and family-friendly, making it easy for parents and children to attend together. Please note that during Catastrophic or Extreme Fire Danger Days, the library and events may be cancelled for safety reasons.
Tickets are essential for each child participant, and spots often fill quickly during school holidays. If you are unable to attend, please call 08 8408 0400 to release your spot for others on the waitlist. Safety protocols related to fire danger ratings are strictly observed, with cancellations and refunds or rescheduling offered as needed.
