Activity Details
In this two-hour workshop, you will work through writing exercises focused on character, description, and narrative flow. The facilitator, Jo Henwood, brings extensive experience in storytelling, museum theatre, and cultural heritage.
The workshop is part of the Write Here Festival and is suitable for adults interested in creative writing and personal storytelling.
Cost is $40.00 plus booking fee, with a discounted rate of $36.00 for Lake Mac Arts members (membership cards required at entry).
Location and Access
The event takes place at Windale Hub, bilyabayi, located at 20 Lake Street, Windale 2306. There is ample all-day parking available around the venue on Lake and South Streets.
Accessible parking is reserved at the rear car park accessible from Shade Lane, with a ramp leading into the building. The venue also features an internal ramp, accessible toilets, and hearing loops in all meeting rooms.
The library is a short 5-minute walk from South Street, with a second entry on Lake Street offering 2-hour parking.
