What to Expect
Wiggle, Jiggle & Grow offers a joyful and engaging experience for young children and their parents or carers. This mixed-age group session encourages children to move, play, and explore music at their own pace, whether they are wiggling, bouncing, crawling, or simply observing.
Each session includes simple movement and play, original songs, dancing, interactive games, sensory play with props like scarves and parachutes, and special moments such as African drumming and a calm, mindful wind-down time.
Parents and carers are encouraged to participate alongside their children but can also choose to watch and enjoy the experience. The program supports confidence, body awareness, coordination, balance, listening skills, focus, social connection, and bonding.
