You will be gently guided through an educational talk on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, Qi Gong, and breathing techniques. The session includes relaxing Yin body poses and vibrational acupuncture using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls alongside gentle needle acupuncture, with alternative options available for those who prefer no needles. This soulful experience aims to calm your nervous system and encourage the smooth flow of qi, leading to deep rest and rejuvenation.
Activity Details
The event lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and is held in person at a serene wellness studio. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a thick warm blanket and a flat sheet to lie on. Optional items like a water bottle, journal, eye pillow, and thick socks are recommended to enhance comfort. Arriving 15 minutes early is advised to settle in before the session begins.

Important Information
Tickets are non-refundable due to limited spots but can be transferred to another attendee for the same date. If you forget your props, a $5 fee applies to borrow a blanket and sheet from the studio. Please notify the organizers via the Mirosuna app or in advance if you cannot attend to allow others the opportunity to join.
