Join us for a lively session where you'll learn to make Johnny cakes topped with a distinctive lily pilly coulis. This is more than just cooking; it's a cultural journey exploring traditional ingredients and culinary techniques. Expect a warm, welcoming environment where creativity and cultural appreciation come together.
This workshop is tailored for young people aged 12-18. Participants will be guided through the preparation and cooking process, gaining new skills and knowledge about Indigenous foods. Photos and videos may be taken to share the experience, so please inform staff if you prefer not to be recorded.
