What to Expect
Discover inspiring works from 72 finalists, both emerging and established artists, reflecting themes of hope, resilience, and positivity. Alongside the main art prize, young artists aged 3-14 from Blacktown City showcase their creative responses to Caring for Waterways. Visitors can also participate by voting for their favourite piece in the People’s Choice Prize.
Activity Details
The exhibition runs from Tuesday 10 January to Friday 17 February 2023, open daily from 10:00 to 17:00. Awards for the Main Prize, Aboriginal Artist Prize, and Local Artist Prize will be announced at a prize-giving ceremony on Saturday 21 January 2023. Entry is free, and artworks are available for purchase to start or add to your art collection.
