What to Expect
Bring your child's creativity to life with this engaging 3D modelling workshop using TinkerCAD, a beginner-friendly tool perfect for young digital designers. Kids aged 7-12 will be guided step-by-step through manipulating shapes and advancing to more complex modelling techniques. Activity Details
The program runs weekly on Tuesdays from 28 April to 26 May 2026, with two sessions available each day: 16:00-17:00 and 17:00-18:00. Workshops include a 10-minute arrival and 10-minute pack-up time within the one-hour duration. Registration is required, and participants are limited to one session per day to ensure quality learning.
Guardians must remain on-site for children under 12 and be at least 16 years old. The program fosters a respectful and positive atmosphere, with a strict policy against inappropriate behavior. Photography may occur for promotional purposes.
Location and Access
The workshops take place at Lab.LX STEAM, located inside Bonnyrigg Library at 100 Bonnyrigg Avenue, Bonnyrigg NSW 2177. The library is easily accessible and provides a welcoming space for families. Parking and public transport options are available nearby.
Library membership is recommended for all attendees and is free to join. This ensures access to additional resources and future programs offered by Fairfield City Open Libraries.
